Born in Transylvania, Romania, 1969, I graduated the Academy of Visual Arts from Cluj, Romania in 1998, with a diploma in Graphic Arts. I work in mediums like painting, drawing, photography, sculpture and the traditional techniques found in graphic arts: line-engraving, etching, ripping, woodcuts, lithography, silkscreen.
While adventuring through different mediums I was experimenting with the expressions of the seventies and eighties expansive genres: the intimate performance, action and intermedia.
Studying music I recognized a strong relationship between the creation of visual arts and the creation of music. I feel that space, time, sound and movement reflect the nucleus of the expression through visual arts, while the interpretation of these dimensions determines the shape and quality of the visual expression. The starting point of my world of form and color is my homeland.
In my work I am guided mostly by a creation of subjective values operated by the artistic and spiritual tools of visual "expressivity".
